When nothing is enough
My mom had a day bag, a weekend tote, a beach bag and an evening bag. I have that X 10 or more. Ridiculous but a symptom of our times. We need to buy more...the next thing. I hope Covid can help us better understand what we need vs what we buy. The average person today is spending 60 per cent more money on clothing and accessories than they did 15 years ago, and keeping them only half as long. Why do we need more. When will it be enough....The science of driving demand is powerful But like any habit, we need to step back. When is enough, enough?
