A customer experience fail

Customer experience fail. I was reading a favourite blog about a must have item...content inspired me, and I went out today to buy it. Found it!

Happily go home try it on and wonder about getting one size up.... so i go to online to look at reviews...find that the price online is 50% off at the same store. So disappointing. Fix this. CEM means align on the fundamentals in multichannel retail. It is possible, and I would argue a must do.
