Safety is a morale obligation
Thank god for healthcare workers but they are working without the right equipment and we need to get angry. These front line leaders have a care of duty and a morale obligations to serve. Their employers have a moral obligation to protect them...yet many are not given P95 (P96) masks or the proper safety protocol to do their jobs. I find it ironic that Doug Ford wore one yesterday at a drive for more masks. Worldwide shortage i know, and best intentions by all...but we have to try harder and get angrier. (45% of SARS infections in Ontario were healthcare workers) As organizations, safety has to trump everything.
