Politics in business is messy

Politics offer a business lesson. When the boss doesn't like you, how do you politically navigate...Romney vs Trump. It used to be that parties supported their tribe...world has changed. And I get it. But in business if the boss respects you, then at least you have a fighting chance. But do you want (and need) them to like you? - then what? Mature leadership finds a way to focus on outcomes, but sadly not all operate this way; so these senior relationships matter and impact careers.
